Acumatica Services for VARs and Businesses

Everything we build on Acumatica, in one place. US-based, Gold Certified, and fixed-price on defined scope - whether you are an end user with a gap in the ERP or a VAR who needs delivery capacity under your own brand.

What We Build

Acumatica Integrations by System

Integration work we do often enough to have written it up in detail:

Who We Work With

Acumatica VARs and resellers. We deliver under your brand when your backlog is longer than your bench. Your client never hears from us. See white-label development for VARs, or read the guide on how to evaluate a white-label partner.

Businesses running Acumatica. We take the work your VAR does not have the framework depth for, or that never made it onto their roadmap. Fixed price on defined scope, and the code is yours.

Businesses evaluating Acumatica. If the question is whether Acumatica can be made to do a specific thing, we scope it before you buy. See Acumatica by industry for what we have built in each vertical.

How an Engagement Runs

Every project starts with a technical review rather than a quote. We look at your Acumatica version, your existing customizations, and the integrations already in place, because all three change what a build costs. That review is where most of the surprises get found: a customization project nobody documented, a screen that was modified directly instead of through an extension, an integration polling an endpoint that was deprecated two versions ago.

The quote comes after that, and it is fixed on defined scope. Defined scope is the important half of that sentence. We write down what the build does, what it does not do, and what happens if requirements change mid-project. If scope moves, we requote the delta rather than absorbing it quietly and cutting corners somewhere you will find in six months.

Development happens in a sandbox against your configuration, not a generic demo tenant. You get progress updates and a UAT window in your own test environment before anything reaches production. Deployment ships with a rollback plan, a customization inventory, and upgrade notes, plus 30 days of support after go-live.

What Upgrade-Safe Means Here

Most of the expensive Acumatica problems we get called into are not bugs. They are customizations that worked perfectly until an upgrade, then broke in ways that were difficult to diagnose because the original build fought the framework instead of using it. Direct database writes that bypass the business layer. Logic bolted onto a screen rather than a graph extension. Hard-coded screen IDs that shift between versions.

Upgrade-safe means the build uses the xRP framework the way Acumatica documents it: graph extensions, DAC extensions, business events, and the published APIs. That code survives version upgrades because it depends on contracts Acumatica maintains rather than on internals that change without notice. It costs slightly more to build the first time and considerably less to own, which is the trade most of our clients are making by the time they call us.

It also means the code is legible to somebody other than us. Every deliverable ships with source, documentation, and a walkthrough, so your team or your VAR can extend it without a dependency on Envinse. See support and managed services if you would rather we keep maintaining it, including customizations that somebody else wrote.
